The one lady on duty during our stay was very welcoming and helpful, however she could have done with some help! The food at dinner was excellent quality and good value.
There was only one member of staff working, who was responsible for checking in new guests and serving dinner / breakfast, which did lead to guests not being welcomed into the dinning room and being told to help themselves to the buffet and how much it was, or as we experienced when we arrived, we could not find anyone to check us in.
